A seller-controlled process where an eligible buyer may send private, nonbinding purchase terms directly to a seller when the feature is available on a listing.
Can other buyers see my proposal?
No. Proposal amount, terms, revisions, and activity are restricted to the buyer, seller, and authorized safety personnel.
Does the highest proposal win?
No. Trinada does not rank proposals or create a winner. A seller may continue with any buyer or no buyer.
What happens when the period ends?
Only new initial proposals stop. Existing private discussions may continue; no sale or contract is created automatically.
Who may participate?
The prepared beta is designed for eligible adult sellers and buyers with vehicles in Pennsylvania. Production identity enforcement remains pending.
What does it cost?
Buyer access is planned at $5. It is not a fee per offer. Payment collection is not active, so access cannot be purchased today.
Does Trinada handle payment or title?
No. Vehicle payment, escrow, financing, seller payout, registration, and title transfer remain outside Trinada.
