Account data
Trinada uses Firebase Authentication for email accounts and session restoration. Private profile and settings records are restricted to their owner and authorized administrators under production security rules.
Identity and eligibility
The Pennsylvania Competitive Offers beta requires adult, verified accounts and Pennsylvania eligibility. Identity, age, jurisdiction, linked-account, blocking, and account-status checks are used to protect proposal activity. Sensitive verification evidence and provider responses remain private.
Public trust signals
Only privacy-safe, actually supported trust signals may be published. A badge does not reveal a birth date, identity document, financial information, provider response, or other sensitive detail.
Marketplace records
Approved published listings, privacy-safe seller summaries, and public questions may be publicly visible. Competitive Offer amounts, terms, identities, messages, counters, and history are restricted to the participating buyer, seller, and authorized safety personnel. Drafts, watchlists, saved searches, messages, private evidence, and audit details have narrower access.
Media
Listing media is stored in user-owned Firebase Storage paths. Title and ownership evidence remains private to its seller and authorized compliance administrators. Message attachments are restricted to conversation participants, with additional authorized access only for flagged moderation where configured.
Safety and moderation
Trinada retains reports, moderation actions, listing lifecycle records, private proposal audit history, communication history, fraud-prevention records, disputes, and legally required audit records where necessary for marketplace integrity and legal obligations.
Account deletion
The secure deletion backend removes private settings, notifications, watchlists, saved searches, drafts, and the Authentication account, while anonymizing or retaining authoritative marketplace records according to the implemented retention design.
Infrastructure
The website uses the existing Trinada Firebase project and OpenAI Sites hosting. Public Firebase web configuration identifies the application but does not grant access; security rules and authenticated backend operations enforce authorization.
Support
A verified public support email and attorney-reviewed final policy have not yet been published. Public release should wait until those destinations are available.
