Platform role
Trinada provides online classified-listing, private-messaging, and private offer-management software. Trinada is not the buyer or seller of any listed vehicle and does not act as a vehicle dealer, broker, auctioneer, salesperson, title agent, escrow service, or agent for either party. Vehicle listings and disclosures are submitted by sellers. Unless Trinada expressly states that a particular item was independently verified, Trinada does not independently verify or adopt seller statements as its own. Competitive Offers are private, nonbinding purchase proposals exchanged directly between prospective buyers and sellers. Trinada does not rank prospective buyers publicly, determine which buyer should be selected, accept a proposal for either party, or automatically create a sale. No listing status, proposal, counterproposal, deadline, notification, or other action within Trinada transfers ownership of a vehicle. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for independently negotiating, documenting, paying for, and lawfully completing any transaction and title transfer.
Private Competitive Offers
Proposals are private and nonbinding. A seller may decline, counter, ignore, continue with any buyer, or choose not to sell. Trinada does not publicly rank proposals or create an automatic winner, sale, or ownership transfer.
Eligibility
The prepared beta requires eligible adult buyers and sellers in Pennsylvania for vehicles located in Pennsylvania. Production identity-provider enforcement remains disabled.
Fees and transaction services
A private seller’s first active Marketplace listing is free and additional simultaneous active listings are $1.99 each. Competitive Offers buyer access is planned at $5; seller activation is normally $10 and may be reduced by an approved promotion. Collection and trusted entitlement delivery remain disabled. Marketplace and Competitive Offers fees remain separate. Vehicle payment processing, escrow, financing, seller payouts, and title services are disabled.
Privacy and safety
Proposal amounts, terms, revisions, identities, and activity are restricted to participants and authorized safety personnel.
Support
Public release should wait for attorney-reviewed final legal documents and verified support destinations.
